1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for membership plans, subscriptions, or any paid services on Miti Mayetri are non-refundable.
Once a user completes the payment and activates the membership, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not finding a suitable match
- Inactivity or non-usage of the service
- Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
2. Service-Based Nature
Miti Mayetri is a platform-based service, and we do not guarantee:
- Marriage or successful matchmaking
- Response from other users
- Compatibility between profiles
Payments are made for access to platform features, not for guaranteed results.
3. Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental duplicate payment, users can contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, the extra charged amount may be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Technical Errors
If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated due to a technical issue:
- Users must report it within 48 hours
- After verification, the issue will be resolved or a refund may be processed
5. Account Suspension or Termination
No refunds will be provided if an account is:
- Suspended or terminated due to violation of terms & conditions
- Found involved in fraudulent or inappropriate activities
